Note: If you have an inspection that is GOOD, you must obtain a copy of the report at the time of the inspection and followup to make certain it is posted against the current CSA score. By posting the GOOD inspections, the CSA scores will be reduced. The Federal Motor Carrier audit division has indicated they are finding GOOD scores are not being reported by all states. (California is the biggest concern) Instruct all drivers and leased owner/operators to obtain copies of all roadside inspections. Flatbed operations are being hit the hardest for load securement issues. (One strap out of place can cause a violation) Continued roadside violations will put a carrier at risk for being placed out of service. Government Sites
