Commercial Lines Insurance Producer

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Prospecting for new clients using dealership customer base, outside leads provided by company and personalized referral base. Interviewing clients for potential risk. Collecting appropriate underwriting material to submit to various underwriters. Presenting completed quote to client and closing sale by using strong communication skills.
• Prioritize and manage multiple relationships and responsibilities.
• Collect appropriate monies and documentation required for new business, endorsements and renewals. Maintain renewal retention. Resolve any bad debt or claim issues as they arise.
• Report to Insurance Sales Manager. Maintain sales tracking reports and/or other reporting tools as required by management. Must comply with all agency policy, procedures, standards and ethics.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have excellent time management skills and be able to effectively multi-task with limited supervision. Minimum 5 years successful sales experience. Insurance Sales preferred. Trucking experience a plus.
• Must hold Property & Casualty Insurance License
